| RCA to XLR adapters? From my experience with Cardas XLR to RCA adapters, it greatly degrades the sound. If you have a very high end system, I suggest only use in an emergency or temporary. | |

| CJ sounding preamp with balanced outputs? Another option is roll some warmer tubes. I believe Aesthetix Calypso takes a MP 12ax7 and 6922/e88cc so only 4 tubes. Try some Philip Holland/Amperex. | |
