| Tube dampers on your tube s in you CDP or DAC? I used both rubber and silicone dampers on a CJ dac and pre.They both worked great though the silicone did melt a tiny bit.Tightened up the sound and had better bass and highs.But tried them on my Vincent cdp and it just sounded constricted. | |

| Your thoughts please Bare wire treated with a little ProGold to prevent corosion is best IMO.I have found that plastic screw downs do not stay screwed down on spades,they must constantly be re tightened. | |
