Redbook Keeps Surprising The issue in this thread is that redbook sounds great. It is NOT about R2R vs delta-sigma for best redbook replay - that would be another issue for debate elsewhere. To you-know-who-you-are, please start a new thread.

Redbook Keeps Surprising ".... otherwise they might think the OP is full of it." Seriously? No-one else thinks so except.....well, you know who you are.For anyone else saying that redbook is great without even thinking or knowing what type of converter he has in his DAC, ...

Anyone Had Experience with USB Ground Isolators? I am now using the iFi/AMR USB 3.0 with Windows 10 to very good effect and without any snags with hires 24/192 or dsd. With the USB 3.0, the ground switch is kept on all the time as instructed in the manual unless there are problems communicating ...

Very interested Baetis Audio conversation with John Mingo on the fence Having ripped all my cd's to flac, I recently traded in my old K-01 for the Esoteric N-05 dac/network player as I would like to control all my music in redbook/hires pcm/dsd formats via tablet/phone and so no longer need a spinner. With the N-05, ...
