McIntosh -- good for show, not for sound, says dealer

6H30 replacement

Dunlavy SC IV Speaker- Any Good???
JSS- I was trying to mirror your prior response. Not really serious. I saw that review earlier today. Is/was Robert Deutsch a reviewer most considered as good at his work?   my first answer of ’yes’ was terse, but it was serious actually... ...
McIntosh -- good for show, not for sound, says dealer
What he is claiming, though, is that while you’re enjoying the Mc experience, you are foregoing better quality experience with other gear. In part, he says, you’re taken in by the looks of Mc. In part, you’re just stuck in a comfy cage. You’ve se...
Inexpensive speaker cables: any experience?
my 2 cents (consistent with some comments already made...) lots of decent copper stranded cable out there, branded or unbranded, just get right gauge, terminate well, make tight connections - solid core copper maybe a touch more lively but onc...
