Paradigm speakers
OP-paradigm are very well established. No need for those guys to do much 'PR' work- if you know what I mean. I think that many will find it to be pleasing for Rock/Hard Rock music. I like the fact that there are different series at different price...

Thanks! for sharing guys-it is important to post all correspondence(s), both positive and negative, for these companies. Most do not offer 'customer service'. It is always a pleasure reading about the few that do. Happy Listening!

HK-I very highly endorse REL. These subwoofer(s) are very musical, easy to place and integrate into any system. Buy one new or used it will not matter, as, they are all outstanding!Keep us posted on your buying decision. Happy Listening!
"Slam"--what is it, is it really accurate?
Mtrot-I have never liked the term 'slam'. I always equate it to SPL (a better term). It all relates to the size of speakers in a given room. One would not want under-sized speakers in a large, ex-large, listening space. I concur that the power amp...

Audioquest NRG 10 power cord

New Vandersteen oil cooled hybrid amplifiers
I cannot believe this rubbish. When I think about Vandersteen, I think about speakers only! Same thing can be said about Bryston building speakers? Anyone else feel this way? Happy Listening.
Pass Labs Vfet amps
Agreed-I would like to hear from owners of the ES speakers who use Pass Labs gear to drive them. This combo has been around for some time now. Odd pairing or not, we can never underestimate the power of synergy. Keep me posted and happy listening!
