Choice between Aurender streamers
FYI:  The Aurender N100SC has a larger 240GB caching SSD compared to the 120GB in the X100S, enhancing playback performance.  The larger caching SSD in the N100SC allows for potentially smoother playback when handling larger files or streaming.

+1, I also would return it. The unit is not working. A common problem is with the tubes; they may need to be replaced with a new, high-quality set. Additionally, excessive noise or distortion might indicate a malfunction within the preamp itself....
