LONDON Decca, Tzar DST and similar cartridges I always ‘mute’ the amp before raising or lowering the cartridge to avoid any chance of ‘unnecessary trauma’ to the speakers.That’s just good practice and would avoid your experiences if you did likewise 😊 | |
