@dekay  I am just generally confused, shouldn't a better equipment improve the sound (in general, if setup properly)? My current phono stage is in my Musical Fidelity A3.2

I don't know if anything is wrong with it. Maybe it just has its limits?

so their operating hours is from 10AM GMT to 5PM GMT. That's it. 7 hours. They don't respond outside that. Which, on the West Coast is absolutely useless.  Amazing. I thought I have seen the worst customer service.

@baylinor  $12 but you are right, lot of typing for not so much $. and I am right too, expecting something to cancel when I cancel it and not continue to charge me. And if you read it, my MAIN issue is customer service.

right. And it’s really not money "back" - I contacted them 7 hours after my plan should not have existed. I deleted the app the day before, so there was no loss on their part. It’s the customer service that turned out to be a giant humiliating pain
