Visiting audio stores?
Why does every coronavirus thread have to involve anger about politics. Varietas delectat, guys make it more interesting than politics.
Visiting audio stores?
"Schubert, go listen to some Bach!"Did Bach write a Requiem, too?
Visiting audio stores?
"No matter how eloquent the answer, or how pointed the barb, it was like water on a duck."I'd call that whole description of event not overly eloquent.
what's your opinion on the magazine 'stereo review'??
"They often will sell their gear at cost to the writer in order to receive a good review."Why do reviewers buy equipment when they get different new ones to review all the time? When do they have time to listen to their own?
Cassettes still rock!
"Coincidence? I found Pink Floyd The Wall, Green Day Dookie and French version of Catch Bull ..."Coincidence? I take care of Dookie from time to time. She is a neighbor’s little dog. Sweet! No bull.
what's your opinion on the magazine 'stereo review'??
geoffkait,"Are you sure? I’m pretty sure they’re Swedish."I think you are mistaking audio-oriented magazines for meatballs. There may be a Swedish magazine, or two, with such names, but I used to read German ones.
what's your opinion on the magazine 'stereo review'??

Whats on your turntable tonight?
Nothing.
Cassettes still rock!
Cassettes are, sort of objectively, inferior in sound, but they do sound better than anything. It has nothing to do with quality. On a similar level, I read so many accolades about current high class reel-to-reel tape sound. I have been to two show...
Emotiva not so good
millercarbon's "_________________amps are good until you hear another brand in the same space. Fill in the blank" is right on point. There is always something else.
Record Store Day postponed due to Corona Virus
"...the number of deaths in Italy are well on the way to surpassing that in China. Does that surprise you?"Interest, not necessarily surprise. Chinese have been doing high-dose steroids on every ARDS while it is unclear what Italians do. That may,...
Do audiophiles have a high divorce rate?
geoffkait,There is an article on militarytimes.com that nicely links those two.
Do audiophiles have a high divorce rate?
sufentanil,If it is not too personal, what made you pick that name?
