Theta Compli Question
@jafant Not that I know of. I believe the hours are pretty low, especially for its age, and it functions flawlessly. It sat dormant for several years before I bought it. Yes, it’s certainly a keeper and it sounds great!
Theta Compli Question
@grindstaff  - saw your DM - yes, I'm still using the Theta, but like you, only as a audio source. I just needed to hook the video up to a TV temporarily when setting it up to enable the RCA outputs to pair with my amp. I still enjoy it very much.
Whats on your turntable tonight?
Paul Desmond, featuring Jim Hall - “Bossa Antigua.” A 1965 Canadian pressing that sounds wonderful for being nearly as old as I am!

One of my very favorites is Getz Au Go Go - very "in the room" sound.

Live (analog) vs Digital Home Audio
I'd never heard of Nickel Creek before reading this post. Great stuff!
What record cleaner is the most bang for the buck??
This was my first cleaner, and I still use it as a first line of defense for particularly dirty acquisitions. A bit labor intensive, but it does a great job. https://sleevecityusa.com/products/gem-dandy-hydraulic-record-cleaning-apparatus-mk-ii
Phoenix and Tucson Record Shops?
Thanks for the suggestions, everyone! I was able to go to Record High and one of the Zia locations today, and came away with several great finds. Off to Tucson on Sunday...
