Magnepans VS MartinLogan for detail and sound staging
Consider - Getting a musical sealed sub (I have a Rythmic 15 in sealed). High pass the amp to your maggies at 50 Hz. Set the sub low pass to 50 Hz. Relieving the panels of the low bass brings out the best in a maggie system.

Consider high passing the amp to your Maggie’s and get a modern sealed sub (Rythmic or SVS). Taking the bass load off Maggie’s is magical.

Subwoofer Advice
I am a happy Rythmic 15 in sealed sub user. Contact them and they will give you guidance on the best sub(s) for your application. They are very reasonably priced given their performance and flexibility.
Add a subwoofer?
I use a Rythmic 15 in sealed sub. I high pass the mains at 50 Hz and set the sub crossover to 50 Hz. May old ProAc monitors are "rated" to 27 Hz at  -3db. The integration is seamless and the bass is tight and "musical." IME it is challenging to in...

Start with Upgrade to DAC?
Alternative approach   Keep everything and get a pair of speakers with a radically different presentation that work with your electronics. Maggie 1.7 might be interesting. When you feel you need to scratch the itch swap speakers.
Relaxed/Analog sounding DAC for under $10k (used or new)
https://www.borderpatrol.net/dac/   Sounds like a use case for the Border Patrol DAC.
Where Do I Go from Here?
I suggest looking at speakers that have a radically different presentation than your Revels that will also work with your current electronics. Since you have lots of amplifier power and subs maybe a set of Maggie 2.7x. Keep the Revels and swap whe...
My Goodness!
Here is one of those videos featuring my ProAcs. I do not think it indicates a lot about the system's (not mine) in the room sound quality, but it is fun to watch/hear.   https://youtu.be/6LPhGY5PnMg?si=4_Q8b1bIC1catvvP
