| Hyperion 938 question IMO, 55 watts should be enough. The 938s are easy to drive. Although i'd rather partner them with tubes. These are very neutral speakers and will just let the tube magic thru. Good luck. | |

| What can you tell me about First Sound pre-amps? Just an opinion, please don't get me wrong. Given the level of your pre-amp and other equipment, i think you need better cables. Perhaps the brightness and edginess you're hearing are caused by the lack of linearity of the above cables. Just a sug... |
