My vote from your list would be ARC they are fantastic sounding amps
Where to go from Rogue M-150 amps?
I own m180s and every time I try solid state I might gain some overall controll and the ability to play louder but lose the 3d imaging and body that make my system sound more like real music to my ears, so I would bet if you don't want to upgrade ...

Yes I was thinking about the same compression issues with the cd version. The LP sounds better to me.
Rogue Audio two new integrateds Great or Same old?
looking to down size, I love my m180s, but want tighter bass control, I am interested in what Rogue is doing with this new integrated, but overall if the sound is not better, the 180s stay in the system. Time will tell.
Tube Mono-Block Recommendation
rogue Audio Apollo monos, or anything ARC
Rogue Audio two new integrateds Great or Same old?
Yes its Rogue Audio m180 monoblock tube amps, and I am running kt 120 tubes right now, so it will be an interesting comparison, I also own revel speakers, which even though they don't drop in impedance much, they still need some power to drive.

Tightening Driver Screws
Simple free tweak that really does sound better, if they are really loose it can significantly improve the sound
Moving from CD to analog
Also fwi I work at a dealer that Carries clear audio and not vpi I love the look of the new clear audio tables but the arm is a bitch to set up properly which has turned me off from these tables
Moving from CD to analog
Actually on your budget the vpi classic 2 would just be killer and absolutely up to par with the rest of your system , check it out.
Moving from CD to analog
If you want a baller table on a budget get a vpi hw 19 with a jpw arm or a scout or the new classic with a good but not ridicules priced cart and you will be more than happy. Have professionally set up though .
Focal 1038be or Revel Ultima Salon 2?
Hmmm I don't know what gear you are using them with but the salons are one of the least colored speakers made. Far less colored than any paper coned speaker out there. They can sound very full and rich with no listening fatigue at all
