BAT VK-52SE - Unity Gain/HT Bypass help It does not work when set to not fixed. The processor output is connected via XLR. A different preamp (different brand) with a HT bypass works perfectly when connected to the processor. I guess that tells me what I need to know. | |

How much better will a preamp be over a processor I just added a Wyred 4 Sound STP-SE stereo solid state preamp to my system. The Wyred has a convenient HT bypass. It has made an immense improvement in two channel listening. At only $1999, if fits the budget constraints. | |
