I have an update on my system. As you know I said that my vinyl was a bit "bright", actually more of a bit lacking on the low end. So I took out the fine high output MC Bluepoint #2 that came with the Pro-Ject and installed an AudioTechnica AT-33E...

FWIW, I suspect that the specifications of the Ming Da suffer from "Chinglish", and that it should read output impedance 100 ohms, not 100K. Their other preamps list anywhere from 8 ohms to 600 ohms, though a couple also state 100K. It's something...

I have a McCormack DNA-250 on order, which will arrive in a few more days. Give me a little time to do a review and let you all know how it fits in my system and affects the sound.
