Steve, I took a $26 gamble and preordered it as it’s “limited edition”. The label’s had good reviews on its jazz reissues, I couldn’t find any remastering info for this LP.

Contact the vendor or Marantz about the belt squeak if it’s bothersome. It might go away as the player breaks in. Mine sometimes squeaks on startup, I don’t turn it off to change a LP so it’s one squeak per listening session, no big deal. Your sys...

Whatever headphone amp you’re considering, I’d recommend it have (among other features) a balance control, gain switch and decent power supply. Especially when you’re talking end game.
