If the item was manufactured outside of the NAFTA countries, you'll be charged tariffs. Otherwise only the brokerage/handling fees, which can be quite steep.
Musical Fidelity vs. Blue Circle: Integrateds
Krellman, Thanks for your comment. The puking part is rather funny. Have you heard the 308 integrated? Is it any better than the 3.2, power specs. aside?Trelja,I read your comment on the other thread about your ordeal and have seen the slew of res...
Best Integrated for under $1000
I'm quite pleased with my Blue Circle CS. The price new is 1150. It's very hard to find it used though. I just read a review of the Cayin integrated at goodsound.com....they seem to like it a lot and it's cheap.

Benefits of power conditioning
Thanks Hdm,. I think that the electroclear's may be somewhat similar to the BC 86 MkIII, but even cheaper. I'll look into the receptacles here in A'gon to see what I can find. The only ones I've seen so far are the cryogenically treated Hubbles.
Benefits of power conditioning
I went to one of my local dealers to check out some options for power conditioning. The dealer said that my system was not 'revealing' enough to benefit from PC. That comment is at odds with most of the posts here in A'gon. He said that the only P...
