Is there a solid fuse-like item that I can use in place of a fuse, to bypass it? Not Recommended. However, just buy a 30 amp fuse. No need to fabricate anything. China built tube amps I own both China and USA tube amps. Both offer excellent results. All that I own are point to point wired. Not a cheep way to build an amp. Disregard the dealers advice. He is Uneducated regarding quality and affordable tube amps. | |
What makes the biggest difference in sound quality? The most difficult to find component that is affordable is the power amplifier IMHO! Rest in Peace John Bedini... and Gary...! | |
Amplfiers that Sound like Pass 30.8 that are not so heavy Solution Bedini 25/25 Phase II. If you can find one. I used mine to drive Acoustat 2+2s.
