Tinear11-(Tom Petty singing... "The waiting is the hard est part" :)This is the first review I've written, for a goood reason. I've had feelings about products/music before, and changed my opinion of them later. Aside from giving equipment a good ...

Honest1-The "cover" was on the Continuum 2, but if looks are the only thing affecting a sale for some, I'm sure Roy could come up with an optional piece. As a fellow GMA Callisto owner, I wholeheartedly second Elsneb's comments on both the speakers...
Match for Paradigm Monitor 7 v3?
I'll second the Response Audio recommendation. For your budjet, the Signature 3205 should do wonders 60 watts, stong tube power -very nice bas!!! I have the Reference version, and absolutely love iit.

Scott/Heathkit Tube Amps Modded By Mapleshade
Thanks for the reply, Schiss. I kinda figured I wouldn't get super loud sound out of a 20-watt amp, but with the speakers having 90+dB, I'd get reasonable loudness in my room. my main thing was to get the beauty of tubes with the great Europa qual...
Digitizing LPs: General advice wanted
Alesis' Masterlink doesn't need a computer to work. It has a built in hard drive and audio tools to get your LPs to sound like you want before you burn them; 16/44.1 or 24/96.http://www.alesis.com/products/ml9600/index.html
best burning software :
I use Toast for general purpose burns, WaveBurner Pro 2.2.1 for compilation CD-Rs from different media with varying levels. I like it better than Roxio's Jam because WBP has a much better interface. It also allows you to adjust the sound of indivi...
