I'm also a Schutz lover. Once you get someone who listens to choral to hear him, they're converted.Though not nearly as popular as the big four or five, Mendelssohn string quartets are very fine.The same could be said of the Sibelius quartets

Tedeschi Trucks Band. Both 'Signs'and 'Let me Get by" which is quite good and both almost impossible to listen to on a good system. Have to listen in the car to get through as song - unless I'm cooking in the next room at home.

Los Lobos plays anything and everything and does it superbly. Just saw them live and well they been doing it for 40 years or so.
