System down. Need your help and recommendations.

I had to move my stereo out of the house and put my Audio Research LS1 on the front car seat for the ride. It was bumpy and now it doesn't work. It lights up. I took the tube out and put it back in but I really don't know what I'm doing. Any help would be appreciated.

Possible damaged tube or improper installation of tube.

How do you improperly install a tube?

I've done it while changing out tubes.

One of new 12AX tubes was not seating properly when installed. Some tubes installed a lot easier when I replaced them.

If neither channel is operating I suspect either a tube, a power supply issue, a broken mute switch, a selector switch issue, or a volume control issue...
