They have closed shop, no service, no honoring of warranties. Hoping its not the first of many.

I have owned the HP-100 with MC Phono Section for 5 years. Late last year, I returned the unit to them for re-tubing and to install modifications to update the unit. The mods absolutley have made the phono section spectacular. Dead quiet backgrounds and crystal clarity. Unfortunately in this hobby, if you hold onto a piece of gear long enough, the company that made it will probably not be in existence to service it.
