Audio Desk Record Cleaner

Does anyone have info or experience with their new Ultrasonic Vinyl Cleaning System. I believe it retails for $3500. Don

Rfogel8 if the transducers are defective and the record was cleaned with just the rollers, I'm sure the record would look just as clean. Like I said usually with ultrasonic cleaners you can see some sort of bubble action.
Aquafina? A 5gal box of Nerl Reagent Grade is only $40. Seems odd to spend thousands on a record cleaner then bail on water.
Had I known I could have purchased 5G for $40 (and it's on sale!!) I probably would have although it is still, IMO, completely unnecessary. How much purer can it possibly be than 4ppm? 2? 1ppm? I guarantee the filter in this unit will not get you even remotely close to this figure after one record wash. How much junk is embedded into the grooves after the drying cycle? There is a thin screen over the fan that cannot possibly filter the air very well. The more I think about it, the better I feel about that extra $37 in my pocket or record collection. The AD works great. Is it perfect? No.
I've user Nerl and Acquafina and haven't noticed any difference and I've been topping off with just straight Acquafina. Love this machine. My gorgeous Loricraft is very neglected now. M
