Good DAC with two optical inputs

Any suggestions for a decent DAC that has two optical inputs? Will be using with a MA7000 which has all analog inputs. Want to connect my Sonos and a CD player. I am not looking to break the bank!

The best DAC anywhere near $1k to my ears. Everyone's ears are different. I've heard Rega digital sources with Mac integrateds quite a few times. Always sounded great to my ears.
