***Need Multi Voltage Integrated USB DAC/Headphone/Amplifier Recommendations***

As stated I need recommendations for an all in one solution that will handle 110 U.S. & 220/230 Philippine voltage..Needs a decent USB/DAC with 1 Toslink input.Headphone isn’t mandatory but would be nice to have.
Other than that it can’t be too large a footprint or too heavy as it will be traveling a long way.
Most important is the sound..I value an organic,warmish,natural tone,no etched treble,no sloppy bass..Speakers are Dynaudio Excite X18(4 ohm)...Speaker & power cables are Nordost Leif series & USB cable is a Pangea Premier...
