There's always something better but by how much and the methodology used to find it can give one pause. I've been using Valhallas on my Duos for over 20 years now and, simply, have not been compelled to enter the fray for the next new thing. But if I was so inclined my first stop would be the Silversmith Fideliums for both cost and philosophy (behind his build criteria) reasons. Thankfully, as I mature as an audiophile, I'm finding it easier to just be happy with what I've got (it ain't no slouch).
avantgarde Duo Omega speaker cables?
Hello out there all!
I have a pair of Avantgarde Duo Omega speakers and am currently using Nordost Hemidall speaker cables. I have had these cable for15 years and have used them with my other speakers of past but am wondering if there may be a better match for the Avantgarde speakers. These speakers are about 10 years old.
My power amp is a BAT VK-56SE, preamp BAT VK-80, phono stage BAT VK- P10.
Any experience / recommendations on speaker cables using these speakers would be much appreciated.
