Has anybody ever heard of Monster Cable Speakers?

Because the owner of the company is a complete jerk, I wouldn’t buy a roll of toilet paper from them or any of their products.  Monster Cable isn’t even relevant any longer. 

That’s not what I asked.  So... no you have no pertinent knowledge of the speakers?

I’m not interested in the “whaa whaa they’re mean.”  I’m asking because I stumbled across an auction house with new in box, 6ft complete system.  It looks like $700 to ship them from CA. If they sound like a $50 BestBuy speaker & they usually break in 2 wks... that’s good info.  If you say “if you can get them at $2500 plus shipping, you could still sell them hem for $6k, if you realize you don’t have the space or power to drive them”. That would be good. Etc

I heard a pair and they reminded me of the speaker system in the box from NO NAME companys. that the white VAN scam guys tell you they sell for $1,300.00. but he has soooo many and he could give you a great deal on these and they are the last of them, Now they look great but the drivers are the type that are seen in the little bluetooth key chain speakers, the build is like a copy cat of a highend speaker system all the way down to the binding posts, the ones I listened to had a high gloss rosewood side paneling and aluminum front and the speaker cone are metal,they where all over the place out here in northern california . i think the speakers was a entry into the speaker market for Monster, but it faded really fast, then you seen the kids walking around with BEATS headphones from DR DRE from NWA a rap group from L.A. i think they made a sub woofer. but i think they are like the old saying '' ALL SHOW AND NO GO'' buyer beware!!
