Transmit to sub

Physical room arrangement makes it difficult to get wire to my sub-woofer.  I can put an amp next to the sub.  
Looking at Bluetooth transmitters. Is there any appreciable delay that one could hear?

Do those subs have the BT built in or are you using a 3rd party xmtr/rcvr?

My Martin Logan ( and a few ML models) have it as an option from the factory.
The receiver is built into the sub.
The transmitter is a separate small box that plugs into the pre or sub out of your amp.
They pair together instantly and I have never had an issue.

JL Audio makes a nice transmitter/receiver set for not much money. It will send to 2 subs too.
