High energy dance music recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for some high energy dance-type music on cd? You know, the type of thing that makes you want to get up and dance around the room, do some aerobic exercises, that sort of thing.
(I have lost 50 lbs recently. Prior to that, I didn't have the energy or inclination to do this, so I am not familiar with the possibilities. But I have more lbs. to lose, and I think it's a great way to get exercise...
Please ignore the stupid member name!)

Thanks

There are so many styles of dance music that I'd have to get a title of something that you enjoy to truly recommend something but I'll give it a shot anyway. With that in mind some of the things I'm going to list I might not personally like but is popular.

Scion-arrange and process Basic Channel tracks-This I DO like very much. Basic Channel were a very influential group/label who pretty much defined "minimal techno". Very sparse arrangements with dub-influenced basslines. Very constant groove from beginning to end. Not your momma's dance music.

Sasha-any number of mix cds-This is a little close to your momma's dance music. A little more beginner-friendly. More orchestrated and will probably have a few vocals here and there. Sasha is a huge dj who makes more in one gig than many of us do in a year. Although I'm not a big fan of this "trance" sound I have heard good things about his newest one titles Involver. I am a fan of one titles Northern Exposure Vol.1.

Fatboy Slim-Better Living Through Chemistry & You've Come A Long Way Baby. Chances are that you've at least heard Rockafella Skank or Praise You from this guy. Fairly commercial dance music of the "big-beat" variety which in layman's terms means that that the drums will usually be sampled "breakbeats" and will not be 4 to the floor type of drum machine derived sounds that make up Sasha type trance. Fun and brainless. Big bass that sounds great very loud.

For all I know you may only know about The Hampster Dance so maybe I'll wait for some input before I type anymore. Does this help? Do you already know of any of this stuff? Are you a total newbie?
I don't do that much dancing anymore, but any of these will get me up:

Where do you go - Mercy
