I'll kick off with Pink Floyd at The Bay Hotel, Sunderland in February 1969.

Rush 82 Moving Pictures at LA Forum. To this day I can’t believe how high in the air Neal would throw both sticks in between song fill and catch them in perfect time to continue playing. The professor is dearly missed. 

Sacramento 1972 the Mahler Symphony #2. Years later I went to a live performance of the Mahler 8th, which often takes more than 1000 musicians to perform it. This should be on everyone's bucket list, along with witnessing a total solar eclipse.

That spring I also saw Buddy Guy, Big Mama Thornton, and the Lovin' Spoonful with Judy Collins opening.
