YG Anat

My local dealer made to me recently a very tempting offer for a used pair of YG Anat Reference III Professional with a by back of my Magico S5 MK1. I like and enjoy very much the Magicos and I am wondering what would I gain and what will loose in terms of sonic performance if I go for the change. Certain amount of money is going to be lost for sure, but this is not the point now :)
Any thoughts much appreciated.
