Yet another SACD question

If I purchase a SACD with a 5.1 soundtrack. is it possible to listen to it in two channel stereo? I have no desire to listen to music in surround sound.

For example, The Artistry of Teresa Perez from FIM does not offer 2-channel mix for "The Bee" and "Rachmaninoffs Variation On A Theme of Paganini". If you like these tracks, you can only play them on multichannel SACD players.
