yamaha cr-620 and cr-420

I have these two receivers and they both have the exact same problem. All functions work great but the dial pointer, meter lights and the fm stereo light do not work. The power and fm/am lights work. Has anyone come across this problem there is no voltage going to them. The cr-620 schematic shows 4 fuses but I can only locate 3. May not have any bearing on the problem. I would appreciate any comments or suggestions.
