Would you move to a bigger house if you could just to have a better listening room ?

I made sure the house I have now had a perfect dedicated listening space before I we bought it. 
 

A high ceiling dry big room in the basement. 
once I approved the basement then my spouse would come to look at the upstairs of the house.

when we both agreed we bought the house.
