Would the user (sm****s) who posted this negative feedback please get in touch?

This seller does not need to be selling on Audiogon. He accepted my offer only to "refund" my money through paypal within a day. Well, the refund still (Over 10 days) has not cleared due to , according to paypal, insufficent funds in his bank account. He has not responded to my messages for days now and also failed to follow through on another option of shipping the amplifier via USPS C.O.D which was his idea. I have had to file a claim with paypal in order to get my refund.
