Would Rowland model 3 be able to drive the KEF 104/2 to their full potential

I owned the Kef 104/2's years ago and they are an extremely efficient speaker with 2, 8 inch woofer cones. The Rowland amps are very musical for a solid state and would have plenty of current to meet the demands of the Kefs.
