Worlds best amp (for 276 MHz)

With a headline starting with "World’s smallest, best acoustic amplifier..." I could not resist reading it. That it only does 276 MHz may be a problem for audiophiles and the limitation to 20 mW is also a bit low for most speakers, maybe very, very high sensivity ones would work :-)
