Go for it! $300 is not a high risk for musical improvement.
I enjoy Silver Starlight 5.2 and even the “6” is a step up in performance.
A “7” series would be a marked improvement. Keep me posted.

Wireworld silver starlight usb cables
I'm using Wireworld cables in my system (krell power amp, benchmark preamp KEF Reference 5 speakers, Innuous Zenith 3, PS Audio Directstream dac. I have 2 usb cables--one is Wireworld silver starlight 7 between the Innuous and the dac, The other is an older Wireworld model-it just says silver starlight with no number. That one goes to a matrix spdif. I have a chance to buy a used silver starlight 7 for about $300 and am wondering whether replacing the older, no number silver starlight cable with the silver starlight 7 would be worth it. Wireworld silver starlight usb A to B cables are hard to find!
