Will SOtm USB card work with a Wyred4sound DAC 2 DSD SE?

Sorry I am quite a novice and starting to put together a computer to use as a source. I have read good things about the SOtM USB card. I was reading that the USB on the card is 3.0 compliant and the DACs USB is 2.0. I do not think this matters but wanted to make sure prior to buying the card. I emailed Wyred4sound and they said it should work but to check with SOtM. I could not find out where to contact them so I thought I would throw it out there and see if someone is using this DAC with a SOtm card.
