Who uses power conditioning?

I’m curious how many folks use some sort of power conditioning, or are you drawing the power from the wall “as is”?

Especially for the price ($60.00 each here on Audiogon). Bill is an absolute delight to talk with on the phone, and I look forward to auditioning some of his more sophisticated products in the future.
