Hello, I recently bought several Crestron devices off ebay in an attempt to save a few bucks for my church. I'm hit with the realization tonight why them crestron stuffs are selling so cheap. They "hold" hostage the software and most egregiously the firmware from non-vendors and regular folks like me. I spent hours searching for AV Framework and Crestron Tool to no avail and by chance I stumble on your post. If you still have either of these software, please kindly share. Thanks!

my offer was the tools or freedom to edit your own control system without the greed of the company if you own the system, you should be able to make the changes... i found the tools they hold hostage online
