If you strech to $1100 you can get a Marantz 8300 new. The list is $1600 but I bought mine new for $1100. Great player, needs a houndred hours or so for break-in. Bonus it plays dvd-a and dvd video all formats,dts DD etc. Give one a listen, it's worth it.
