Which is the latest Bel Canto CD2 firmware?

could you please tell me which is the latest Bel Canto Firmware?
Mine is 2.11 and I have some issue.
For example, the optical audio output is fixed to 44 KHz, even if I switch on 96 through the remove (using the keys sequence).
Moreover, the first time I press the pause, and pause to start again, the track start from the beginning. The second time works.
