I am going to be ripping all my cd's to itunes on my PC and then putting them on my ipod. Which file is better to use for best playback quality, WAV, AIFF or Appleloss Less. I just purchased a Rega Dac and a Wadia 171i transport. Thanks for any feedback.
They are all lossless, so they will be identical for playback quality. The only difference is Apple Lossless is compressed, whereas WAV and AIFF are uncompressed, so will take less disc space.
