Where canI find adc that'll do 24/192 or 24/176.4?

Just finished reading the great write-up on Berkeley audio design alpha dac that sounds excellent when paired with a pc that retrieves and stores music at 24/176.4 from rr hrx recordings.
Was wondering how do I get my analog lp recordings unto a pc, are there any adc that will convert analog to digital at that resolution?
