whatsbestforum - what's going on

I thought I could reduce my presence here and participate elsewhere so I registered on this site called whatsbestforum. First it looked harmless. I did not read the about section. 

I made one comment, a speaker recommendation - did not name or mention anyone - just posted a link to a speaker site and I was immediately banned. The site went into an endless loop, with the you are banned message. I can't log off or view anything, the only way I can view it is if I start another private browser. On top of that, a few hours later, the message changed to "Your IP address has been banned."  Like I am some kind of criminal to be kept away with a restraining order and pepper spray.

I wonder if it's an exclusive site or a cult, and if anyone from here is a successful member over there. The about us section is truly disturbing. I am not taking it personally, but it does bother me of course.

I too am a long time WBF member.  I stopped frequenting AG and other mainstream sites because there is too much trolling and stupidity from audio curmudgeons who are disgruntled with their lot in life.  Consequently, they have made it their sole mission to ridicule others for their posts or equipment choices.  Sadly, this behaviour is spilling over into adds. 

When you post an item for sale on AG be prepared to receive mind-numbing comments criticizing your item or the listed price from the AG curmudgeon crowd, with no expression of interest in buying it.  

The WBF crowd is more civil, respectful and intelligent, with better equipment and  attitudes.  It remains that way because the site administrators and members have no tolerance for audio curmudgeons.

No, because you know nothing about me, my industry knowledge and stereo equipment.  That's my point about audio-forum curmudgeons.  Jumping in without invitation or relevant contributions, armed only with attitude and presumption.

If you want to continue with schoolyard retorts, then you'll have to do it by yourself. I'm done wasting my time here.  Enjoy the music!
