Greg Hard to say. It's outstanding but is it due to the format, the Esoteric player or the fact it's a Steven Wilson/ Robert Fripp remaster? Or all of the above... Lol.
This is now the third King Crimson DVD-A remaster I have played so far and all have been sonically superb. |
One nice feature of the DVD-A format is lots of extras like complete instrumental version of the album from the 69 master tapes.
And it's all in 24/96 hires format.
The albums include a CD and a DVD-A so you are good to go if you only have a CDP. |

Boxer Thought you were one of the Khraungbin devotees? Know they have had plenty of air time in the TT thread, Slaw, Tomic etc. I did try their newest album, Mordechai, but it really did not move me. I would agree with n80 that they are hard to categorize.
