Whats playing on your system today?
Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.
I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....
Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....
Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

bd24, I believe it was slaw who introduced Mary G. to me. She is a very compelling artist. uberwaltz, I agree with you on the Counting Crows, August and Everything After. I have it on CD only, but it is a fantastic recording. Solid through and through. I'm a big B. Joel fan as well. Caught him and Elton John together on tour in Louisville some years back. uberwaltz, Thanks for the heads up. I'm familiar with most of the above. I own some of The Police and Tears for Fears. I don't recall Talk Talk or Ultravox. I ordered Crowded House, Alone Together and Woodface, (Deluxe Edition) last evening. After a quick wiki search, I learned Crowded House was formed in Australia/New Zealand. I remembered Simple Minds, "Don't You", a classic and "Lies Lies" maybe a few more when I go digging into them. Right now, Kansas, Song for America N |
