Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

I too like all of your choices. But I do like to keep my options open, ya know?
If you like Eric Clapton, I believe you will enjoy this link. Great song and even better production. "Got to get Better"

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, S/T. 1976
"American Girl" which closes out the disc, has in the 40 years since become a classic-rock radio staple. The song updates the idea of American Folk, incorporating rock's muscle and swagger even as Petty's lyrics keep it utterly grounded in workday humanity.

More Tom P. and the Heartbreakers,

"Free Fallin'"
"I Won't Back Down"

Guns N’ Roses, Chinese Democracy.
If youve not heard "If the World", I think its one of their best tracks.

Morrow Audio made the local news again in Cincinnati. I saw a staff member on a morning Fox News show a few years back promoting local small business owners.
Looks like he's done it again. Nice little record shop this time.  Both his cable operation and the record store are within minutes from my home. I'm glad to see him expanding his operation. (I'm not affiliated with Morrow Audio)

Must see TV. I caught Ozzy's new reality show last night. He stopped in a dive bar in Texas to meet a band called "Brown Sabbath". A Sabbath tribute band, Mariachi style!

This thread was founded on guy’s like Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose, Rory Gallagher.

Another guy that has acheived accolades on this post is Glenn Hughes.
Check out Glenn Hughes, The Way It Is.
He was in a band called Trapeze, Black Country Communion and little band called Deep Purple!

Rory is amazing and he left us way to early. Did you know he once was a session player for Jerry Lee Lewis?

Wow! I am so envious. I wish I could have seen Rory. Unfortunately he had long past before I even discovered him.

N
uberwaltz,
Lotta love for UFO and Schenker! For your guidance,  he has a new albumn set to release in 2018.
