j_husker, I am a fan of the old Grado "Signature" cartridges. Grado still sells replacement stylus's for them as well.

Grails / Holiday

bkeske (Brian),

Is the JGB album well recorded? I have that on CD & like it, but it doesn't sound the best.

Pan American / ST

Mike Gordon with Leo Kottke. Pretty darn cool there Brian!

Fiery Furnaces / Gallowsbird's bark

Hey Steve,

The arm is a keeper. Lately I've been running an old Empire 2000Z (with NOS stylus) & the combination absolutely amazes.

Blitzen Trapper / Wild mountain nation

LOL Steve. I completely understand, there is so much music available to us today.

The Barr Brothers / Sleeping operator

Hey Puffball,

+1 for Modest Mouse “The Lonesome Crowded West”. I seem to pull that one out most often when wanting to listen to Modest Mouse. Love the song "Truckers Atlas"

Hey Geof,

There are some "Strangeways" available at Discogs if you don't mind dealing with the vendors there.

MV & EE / Medicine show

@big_greg I'm not sure of that one either Greg. My copy is the run of the mill WB I bought around 81. Have you checked discogs?
